3-6 inches (pixie style) of auburn hair with a light curl to it. Decedent is male with slight thinning of hair/ receding hair line. No male pattern baldness noted. Hair may be died. Some grey.

Minimal/ scant/ appears to be of Western European decedent (English/ Irish/ Scandinavian) and his hair is fine.

  • Deformity: Decedent has a deformity to his genitalia. Large gash/ ulcer to the anterior shaft of the penis. Scrotum and penis ans pubis appear to have been manipulated (ostensibly for/ by "Tucking" genitalia between legs, such as for Drag/ Trans/ Cross Dressing. No outright mutilation to penis/ scrotum, but both appear abnormal; especially loose and droopy.

  • Accessories: None.
  • Clothing: Winter clothes. Black watchman's skull cap, cotton. Grey hooded sweatshirt, cotton. Inexpensive winter clothes. No outerwear.
  • Eyewear: None noted.
  • Footwear: Sneakers.
  • Jewelry: None.
