• Scar/mark: There are multiple, up to 5 x 3-1/2 inch, irregular, hyperpigmented scars on the lower abdomen, left knee and lateral aspect of the left leg.
• Other distinctive physical characteristic: Height: 65 inches; Weight: 155 lbs.

• Clothing: Scene: the decedent is clad in a gray sweatshirt, blue button up shirt with “Omar” on a patch on the right side and “Edmond Realty Group” on the left side. He was also wearing a green rain jacket, blue jacket, gray sweatpants and a pair of black slip-on rubber shoes. At autopsy, clothing inventory: 1. A left black shoe. 2. A pair of gray sweatpants. 3. A dark blue and gray hooded jacket. 4. A white dirt-stained sweater, previously cut. 5. A blue colored and dirt stained button up shirt, previously cut. 6. A gray long sleeve shirt, previously cut.
• Jewelry: An orange rubber bracelet encircling the left wrist.
