Forrest Monroe, an English male, was found deceased on August 1, 2025, in Los Angeles, California. His body was discovered inside his locked VA apartment during a welfare check conducted by his case manager. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene, and paramedics confirmed his death at 15:44 hours that same day.
