On the evening of October 30, 1997, an unidentified male was discovered in Washington, District of Columbia, and transported to DC General Hospital. Despite emergency efforts, he was pronounced dead at 10:14 PM. The circumstances surrounding his discovery remain unclear, and no identification was found on his person at the time. The case was assigned Namus ID UCP150715 and remains unresolved decades later.
