On April 12, 2023, the body of Jerome Evans was found and subsequently involved in a case that remains unclaimed. Discovered in Washington, District of Columbia, Jerome was admitted as an inpatient at an unnamed medical center before being transferred to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) as a storage case, identified with Namus ID: UCP114864. Despite investigative efforts, no next of kin or representatives came forward to claim the body, adding a layer of complexity to the case.
