Carl Jay Killingsworth was found deceased on the morning of June 16, 2025, in Los Angeles, California. At approximately 8:00 a.m., a passerby arriving for work discovered Mr. Killingsworth unresponsive in a parking garage and immediately contacted emergency services. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene, and paramedics officially pronounced him dead at 8:36 a.m.
