On August 30, 1992, the body of an unidentified male, later referenced as Anthony Thomas, was discovered in a tragic accident on the Major Deegan Expressway at 155th Street in Bronx, New York. The victim was struck by a motor vehicle while attempting to cross the busy expressway, a hazardous endeavor that led to his untimely demise.
