In the spring of 1994, the body of an unidentified male was discovered under grim circumstances in Brooklyn, New York. On April 20th, a passerby made a startling find near the Paerdegat Basin Bridge, located along the eastbound side of the Belt Parkway. The individual had been placed in a plastic bag and left on the beach, an ominous symbol of a life ended tragically and anonymously.
