On November 25, 1998, the unidentified body of a man, later identified as Gregory Burke West, was discovered in Soddy-Daisy, a small town in Tennessee. Despite the efforts of local authorities, Gregory Burke West remained an unclaimed individual for several years. The discovery of his body initiated a thorough investigation by the Hamilton County Medical Examiner's Office.
