On May 15, 2025, the body of a male individual later identified as Larry Girard Mickens was discovered in Washington, District of Columbia. The circumstances surrounding the discovery were unusual: an unidentified person flagged down two passersby and informed them that the man was not breathing and appeared unresponsive.
