Hin S. Liu, a male, was found deceased on May 12, 2024, in Washington, District of Columbia. According to reports, maintenance personnel attempted to contact him on the same day after there had been no response at his door for some time. A tenant, who had last seen him two days prior, raised concerns about his whereabouts.
