On July 23, 2025, the body of Johanna Duinkerken was discovered in Reno, Nevada. She was under the care of Hospice Services of Reno at the time of her passing. Despite efforts to identify and locate her next-of-kin, no relatives have yet come forward, and she remains an unclaimed person. Her case has been officially registered with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System under ID UCP148800.
