On November 5, 2014, the body of Donnell Johnson was discovered in Dallas, Texas. The circumstances surrounding his death remain largely unknown, but he was officially pronounced deceased within city limits. To this day, no known next of kin has come forward, and efforts to locate surviving family members have proven unsuccessful.
