On May 31, 2016, the body of a male identified as Kirk Steven Carter was discovered in Dallas, Texas. Despite efforts by local authorities, Mr. Carter remained unclaimed, and no known next of kin had been located at the time of reporting. Following procedural protocol, he was officially pronounced deceased in Dallas, and the case entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System under the identifier UCP146145.
