On September 4, 2019, the deceased body of William Gary Horning was discovered in Dallas, Texas. Following examination, he was officially pronounced dead within the same city. Despite confirmation of his identity, Horning remains an unclaimed person, as authorities have been unable to locate any next of kin or familial contacts to take custody of his remains.
