Any updates on this case?
On January 15, 2008, an apparently undomiciled male, identified as Mitchell Skinner, was found unresponsive on the southbound platform of the F/V train at the 2nd Ave and Houston St station in New York City. Upon discovery, emergency medical services (EMS) were promptly notified, and they arrived on the scene to assess the situation.
