On October 1st, 2024, emergency services responded to a distressing call from a nursing home in Glendale, California. Michael Thomas Warmuth, a male resident, was discovered by staff in a severely altered state. Paramedics quickly intervened, initiating bag valve mask ventilation due to agonal breathing. While en route to the emergency room, Mr. Warmuth became pulseless. Despite aggressive resuscitative efforts, he was pronounced dead at 7:38 PM the same evening.
