On June 30, 2025, the body of Crispan Flores-Millan was discovered at the residence of a friend in Denver, Colorado. He was identified as a male, but no immediate next-of-kin were known at the time of his death. Authorities have since been working to locate his family members, who are reportedly in Mexico. The circumstances surrounding Mr. Flores-Millan’s death have brought attention to the difficulty of connecting decedents with their loved ones when cross-border complexities are involved.
