On June 17, 2013, a deceased male, later identified as Charles Edward Mays, was discovered in Dallas, Texas. His death was officially pronounced in the city, and efforts began immediately to locate any next of kin. As of now, those efforts remain ongoing, and his case has been listed with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System under the NamUs ID UCP145323.
