Kenneth Ruvell Franklin, an unclaimed individual, was discovered deceased on January 15, 2025, in Alhambra, California. Franklin resided in a backhouse on a property, prompting concern when the owner requested a wellness check that morning. Law enforcement and fire department personnel arrived at the location and, upon forced entry into the residence, found Franklin unresponsive on the bedroom floor in an advanced state of decomposition. His death was officially confirmed at 11:57 AM.
