On December 31, 2024, deputies from the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department San Dimas Sheriff Station conducted a wellness check at the request of management. Management provided a key for entry, allowing deputies to access the residence. Upon entering, the deputies discovered the deceased individual, identified as Terry Jene Ross, lying unresponsive on the kitchen floor. The body was in a state of decomposition, indicating that some time had passed since the death occurred.
