In the early morning hours of November 3, 2024, the lifeless body of Orlando De La Luz Cesareo was discovered by a passerby in North Hollywood, California. Found lying supine and unresponsive on the sidewalk in proximity to a neighboring apartment complex, the scene was unsettling. The discovery was made at approximately 0600 hours, prompting an immediate call to 911 for assistance.
