On November 8, 2024, the body of Jose Guadalupe Hernandez was discovered in a transitional housing residence in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Hernandez had become unresponsive while seated in a chair in the living room. Emergency services were contacted, and paramedics arrived at the scene.
