On April 3, 2021, the body of Larry Arthur Lahr was found in a motel room in Euless, Texas, where he had been residing. Despite efforts by authorities, Larry Arthur Lahr's identity remained unclaimed. The circumstance of his death attracted the attention of the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office, which subsequently took charge of the investigation.
