On September 25, 2021, the body of Harry E. Constein was discovered in West Reading, Pennsylvania, and subsequently taken to Reading Hospital. The hospital staff determined that Harry E. Constein died of natural causes. Despite the efforts to trace and contact his next of kin, it was revealed that while they were informed of his passing, they have chosen not to claim his body.
