Jeffrey Barker, a 55-year-old white male, was found deceased in his apartment complex in El Paso, Texas, on December 2, 2015. The discovery was made by a caretaker and the apartment complex management. Prior to moving into the apartment, Jeffrey had been a resident of a local nursing home. During his time at both the nursing home and the apartment complex, he did not provide any emergency contact information, leaving no clear trail to family or other personal connections.
