On September 13, 2022, in North Richland Hills, Texas, an unsettling discovery was made when the body of Glen Hiram Gruen was found unclaimed. Gruen had called 911 himself, expressing his concerns about not feeling well. Responding to his distress call, emergency medical services promptly arrived and transported him to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, despite the urgent medical attention he received, he was pronounced dead upon arrival at the emergency room.
