On November 13, 2023, an unidentified deceased male, later identified as Robert Vance Shelton, was found in Houston, Texas. Despite efforts to determine more about his personal history, Mr. Shelton's next of kin remains unidentified. His death was confirmed at the Memorial Hermann Hospital, Greater Heights, where he had been admitted before his passing.
