On May 15, 2024, an unresponsive male identified as Richard Chastain was discovered at his residence in Tampa, Florida. At 67 years of age, Chastain showed no signs of trauma upon initial assessment. Emergency services quickly transported him to AdventHealth Carrollwood-ER in an attempt to stabilize his condition. Despite their focused and rigorous efforts, medical staff were unable to resuscitate him, and he was pronounced dead at 12:55 p.m.
