On March 28, 2016, the body of Gary Winston Kelly was discovered in Galveston, Texas under circumstances that reflected a transient lifestyle. Known locally as a transient, Kelly was often seen sleeping wherever people offered him shelter. This lifestyle ultimately led him to an automotive painting garage, where he was last found sleeping on a couch before his untimely death.
