Rogelio Martinez Bolanos, a 20-year-old male, was last seen on February 1, 2013, in Havana, Texas. According to reports, Rogelio was attempting to cross the Rio Grande River from Reynosa, Mexico, into the United States. The person he was traveling with later informed authorities that Rogelio was last seen drowning in the river.
