On the evening of June 6, 2024, amidst the serene backdrop of Silver Strand Beach in Imperial Beach, California, a tragic discovery unfolded. Two individuals strolling along the shoreline noticed a body adrift in the waves. It was the lifeless form of Rogelio Alvarez Jimenez, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from Mexico.
