On July 19, 2024, the body of a female, later identified as Maria Parastatidis, was discovered in the Bronx, New York. Despite the identification, Maria remains unclaimed, leaving a host of questions surrounding her demise. The circumstances of her death and the path that led to her being unclaimed are currently under the oversight of the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in New York City.
