Patrick Joseph Leane, identified as an unclaimed person under Namus ID UCP131314, was discovered unresponsive on August 3, 2024, at the Baldwin-Park, California, Convalescent long-term care facility where he had been undergoing quarantine due to COVID-19. At approximately 10:00 a.m., staff at the facility found him unresponsive in his room and immediately summoned emergency services.
