On August 22, 2024, at approximately 11:00 PM, officers from the LAPD Central Division responded to a call reporting a potential deceased individual. The call was made due to a foul odor emanating from a specific location. Upon arrival, the officers discovered the body of an unidentified male in an advanced state of decomposition.
