On September 17, 2024, the body of Michael Dean Tackett was discovered in Dallas, Texas. Despite the efforts to gather sufficient information about him, he remains an unclaimed person with no identified next of kin to take charge of final arrangements. Tackett's body was subsequently brought to the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Science, located at 2355 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, for examination and to help facilitate the search for anyone connected to him.
