On September 5, 2012, authorities in Richland, Washington, made a somber discovery of an unclaimed male body identified as Robert Earl Miller. The circumstances surrounding Mr. Miller's death were determined to be from natural causes, and it was found that he had passed away in the confines of his own residence. With peace surrounding him in his final moments, his passing nonetheless brought about questions as to the lack of family or friends present to claim him.
