In the unclaimed person case, Gerald Thomas Groomer was a 64-year-old male whose body was discovered on August 9, 2022, in Tacoma, Washington. His death occurred at a nursing home, where he passed away due to natural causes. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of the Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office, no family or friends have been located to claim his remains.
