On September 21, 2022, law enforcement officials found the body of Stacey C. Squires, an unclaimed female, in St. Louis, Missouri. Squires was discovered deceased in the bathroom of her secured apartment. Following her unfortunate discovery, her remains were transferred to the St. Louis County Medical Examiner's Office for a thorough examination.
