Elizabeth G. Malaver, a 56-year-old White female, tragically became the subject of an unclaimed person case in San Diego, California. On the morning of November 8, 2022, Elizabeth, believed to be experiencing homelessness, was walking along Interstate 15. There, she was tragically struck by a vehicle.
