On January 5, 2023, the body of an unidentified female, later referred to as Lacsha Conley, was discovered in a state of unresponsiveness by a passerby. The location of this unfortunate discovery was a parking lot along Mount Olivet Road NE in Washington, D.C. Despite efforts by the responders, the decedent could not be resuscitated, and the circumstances surrounding her death remain undetermined.
