On March 14, 2023, the body of Fredy Hordan-Roque, a transient male, was discovered in Santa Paula, California. Witnesses reported seeing him become unresponsive and slump into a prone position on the sidewalk in front of a church. Despite the public nature of the incident, Fredy Hordan-Roque remains an unclaimed person, and efforts to locate next of kin or anyone able to provide more information about him have thus far been unsuccessful.
