On March 22, 2023, the Columbus, Ohio community experienced the somber discovery of an unclaimed individual, identified as Charles Engler. Found deceased in his secured residence, his body was discovered by medics conducting a well-being check, prompted by a property maintenance employee's report of a "bad smell" emanating from Engler's apartment.
