Willie J. Parker, identified as NamUs ID UCP353, was a man whose life ended under tragic circumstances. Found on May 22, 2012, near an intersection in Atlanta, Georgia, he exhibited signs of altered mental status. He was taken to Grady Hospital, where he received medical care. Despite these efforts, Mr. Parker passed away nine days later due to natural disease processes.
