On June 3, 2023, in Sun City Center, Florida, the body of Rutelio Hernandez, a 53-year-old male, was found unclaimed. Prior to his death, Mr. Hernandez had contacted emergency medical services expressing chest pain. Promptly transported by EMS to HCA Florida South Shore Hospital, Mr. Hernandez's condition deteriorated rapidly.
