On August 10, 2023, an unidentified male, later assigned the NamUs ID: UCP108422, was discovered in Columbus, Ohio. Although he was later referred to as Stephen Wells, details about his identity and any next of kin remain unclear. The decedent was transported from his residence by Columbus Fire Department's Medic #20 and admitted to OSU East on the same day at 16:03 hours.
