On June 8, 2023, the body of Lawrence Vernon, an unclaimed individual, was discovered in Columbus, Ohio. Identified by the Namus ID: UCP105728, Vernon, an 82-year-old Black male, was declared dead at 20:48 hours by CFD Medic #11 in his secured residence. The sequence of events leading to this conclusion began at approximately 20:15 hours when Vernon's roommates found him in a state of distress.
