Arthur Williams, an elderly resident of Whispering Oaks Health and Rehab in Tampa, Florida, passed away on October 15, 2023. At 72 years old, Arthur had been admitted to Suncoast Hospice care just a week prior, on October 8, 2023. His medical condition was identified as senile degeneration of the brain, a progressive ailment associated with aging.
