On November 1, 2023, a male body, later identified as Eric Horst, was discovered in Reno, Nevada. Mr. Horst passed away on the same day while under hospice care, leaving behind a case that remains unresolved due to the absence of any identified next of kin. Despite efforts to locate family members, no relatives have been found, although it is believed that Mr. Horst may have children.
