Albert Mccartt, Jr. was involved in a tragic incident on July 3, 1982, while attempting to cross the Harbor Freeway in Downtown Los Angeles, California. During this attempt, he was struck by a passing automobile in a collision that was not categorized as a hit-and-run. Emergency services promptly transported him via ambulance to LAC+USC Medical Center for treatment. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead on July 4, 1982.
